Press Maxwell's work speaks a language serious golfers understand — strategic bunkering, natural elevation changes, and routing that uses the Colorado high plains without forcing it. Lake Valley is one of his courses that rewards thinking before swinging.

Maxwell worked with the Flatirons as a constant backdrop — holes orient around the mountains in ways that are both strategic and quietly beautiful. The native wildlife areas aren't landscaping. They're habitat, left intentional, because the land asked for it.
